  • Depending on the specified course, additional reference material for use onsite at our office varies. We do provide reference books, course materials, diagrams, and various materials onsite for all of our courses.

  • Unlimited bottled water is provided each day, along with basic supplies such as paper, pens, clipboards, and other miscellaneous learning materials.

  • Upon completion of the designated course, you will receive a certificate of completion and certification as a ThetaHealing® Practitioner of the specified course.

  • Upon completion of the designated course, you will have the option to be featured on the ThetaHealing® company website as a Practitioner if you so choose.

  • Depending on your course, included materials may vary. Please refer to specific course page for exact information.


  • Where are you located? We are located in sunny Los Angeles, just 20 minutes from downtown and 45 minutes from the nearest airport, in the heart of Highland Park. Exact address and information are provided upon course registration.

  • What should I do to prepare for my course? We recommend allowing time for rest and hydration the day and night before any of our courses. In order to prepare mentally, physically, and spiritually for the upcoming course experience, it is advised to relax and fully allow yourself to prepare internally for the course. We do not recommend fasting, extreme dieting, or detoxing during any of our courses.

  • What should I bring with me to my course? Please feel free to bring any materials which you feel will aid in the learning and healing environment. We have pens, paper, and basic supplies also on site, which you can feel free to use during the course.

  • What breaks are provided during the course? The exact break time schedule will vary depending on your course and the needs of the attendees. Generally speaking each course day will also include two 15 minute breaks and one hour long lunch or dinner break.

  • What is the nearest and recommended airport ? We are located near LAX International airport as well as the Burbank Airport. Please email for exact information and recommendations about the best airport for your needs.

  • What are the recommendations for area lodging and transportation? For recommendations on various places to stay, visit, and experience in the surrounding area during your visit, please email directly and we will respond as soon as possible.

  • What is the booking policy and how do I register for class? In order to reserve your spot in any of our classes, a deposit it due prior to the class start date. In order to reserve your spot in the specified class, please follow the reserve link on the class information page.

  • What is the cancellation and re-scheduling policy? Final payment for the specified course is due on or before the first day of the scheduled class. Class deposits are non-refundable and maybe be applied to any other course within 6 months of payment date. All final class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Do you offer payment plans? Depending on the course and current availability, we do offer payment plans specific to various courses. For more information please email directly with the course you inquiring about.
